  Came in to say hi to Wayne and see for myself what all the fuss was about. Ordered the Jalapeno Cheddar burger with home style fries. The wait was entirely reasonable given how busy they were. The bun was pretty darn good I have to say and a nice touch with the Cajun Chef jalapenos. A massive 1/2 lb patty filled me up nicely. Oh, and the fries were fresh and fairly good if a little overcooked, and had very little salt on them which is fine by me since I like salting my own fries. Very similar to how Five Guys makes their fries. The parking lot is a little small for how busy this place gets.
  I appreciate the fact that the owner Alfred responds to every review, shows how much he cares. I look forward to keeping this restaurant in my food rotation!

  This restaurant is one of the few in Lubbock who's owners truly love what they do. They are very engaging and welcoming to the customers. Judy is a very kind woman and an extremely hard worker. She greets each customer and helps them with anything they need in between bussing tables and wiping down chairs. My wife and I ordered our food and we were lucky enough to find a fresh table for two that just opened up. The place was packed with new customers due to being the restaurants third day open. Despite the busyness, my wife and I only had to wait 6 minutes before my name was being called. We got our food and we were not disappointed! The burgers were very big, we'll put together and delicious. I had order the twisted fries with my burger and they were fantastic. The prices were somewhere in between medium and high but we got more than what we paid for. If you have the money (about $22 dollars for my wife and I) and you are looking for a good burger place with great food, decor, and staff... definitely check this place out!

  First, I got to say they have pretty good customer service, but I don't think it's worth the expensive price. The wait is too long waited 15 minutes for my order and they don't give out a lot of fries for $13 combo! I find their burgers somewhat of an odd taste. It isn't the greatest burger but I couldn't even finish mine because of the weird taste. Anyways, I will not be coming back here.

  My boyfriend and I went Tuesday night, soon after opening, and saw the place was packed, so we expected to wait a bit. There was nobody in line, but people standing around waiting for orders. We ordered quickly and started the wait. At this point we noticed 80% of the people seated didn't have food. This was worrisome and we asked the people around us how long they'd been there. Most answered about 30 minutes. Fine, we'd wait. 45 minutes later we finally get our food. It's luke warm and the Jalapeno Cheddar burger we'd ordered has neither jalapenos or cheddar, but did have pickles on it (which isn't on the description and boyfriend doesn't like). There were employees walking around asking if they could get us anything, so we were brought a side of jalapenos, no offer for refund or to remake the burger. (*Didn't notice the cheddar until halfway eaten). Otherwise the food was alright, but not worth the 45 minute wait for kind of warm food. The bun was the best part of both our burgers (I got a kids cheeseburger). I've had much better burgers from elsewhere around Lubbock. - Side note - boyfriend was up all night with stomach issues. Not sure if it's related or not.
