  I have been ordering from this location for over 7 years and my previous experience will be my last. Not only did the delivery driver deliver my food to the wrong address, he allowed someone to sign my name on my credit card slip. After waiting over an hour and a half for my food I called to check on the status. I was then told that someone else had signed for my order at another apartment, and that I would be refunded my money for my order and that a new order would be sent ASAP. Supposedly the cops contacted the people that signed for my card.
  I was told by Linda I was see my refund within 3-5 business days, after not receiving it I called Linda. I was then told by Linda that she never said I would be given a refund, which is a lie, because I specifically asked. Even after expressing my frustration and the fact that I would not have accepted a second order if I knew I was still going to be charged full price, no discount, no refund, nothing was accomplished.
  As a loyal customer it saddens me that the only reason why I will not be doing business with either Steak Express is because of Linda and her careless attitude.
  I will also be telling everyone I know about my horrible experience.

  Very bad night crew. Ive ordered two times around 9 pm and my steaks have all been delivered to my family very PINK after requesting them to be extra well. Expensive place with low quality is what this store making the company out to be.

  So sad. I ordered 49 dollar worth of food and got to window. And they had no change for 100... What restraunt doesn't have change.... Its not like I was buying 10 dollars.... So we went up the street and ordered food somewhere else and no problem at all...

  **DONT USE....Order on Friday for delivery on Monday at office....Monday here at office no food, going on 35 mins late and food cold. PLACE IS USELESS DON'T USE THEM! Manager doesn't understand customer service. Not sure what happened to this establishment? GONE WAY DOWN HILL!!!

  I wish I could rate zero stars! I was excited to order and eat from here after a very long day but instead I will no longer be giving steak express my business. After placing my order I waited an hour and a half just for a phone call from the driver telling me he was on the other side of town and that he would be at my residence momentarily. 20 minutes later I received a phone call from the "manager" telling, NOT asking, me to either void my order or pick the order up. I was made to feel like this whole situation was my fault because the address was wrong. I specifically put the name of the apartment complex and the address inside the complex. She was rude and should have never been given the title of manager for the way she talks to and treats customers. Linda could definitely use a crash course in restaurant management and customer service.
