The service is great, really friendly and every now and then when they are busier, I may have to wait a little longer for my food. But its always hot, made to order. So, I made the above post 2 montha ago...and I wanted add my latest experience. I made an order to go while they were INCREDIBLY busy (because they are delicious) and as I waited for about 15-17minutes for my food, an employee gave me a free meal card for having to wait so long. Even tho it was no fault of their own. They did not forget my order, they did not get my order wrong and have to re make it... They were simply busy and chose to be attentive to their customer.
