- 1 / 5By Kathy MillerPoor customer service! They sent me an expired food product and would only issue me a credit if I returned the product at my expense. They also stated if I did that they wouldn't credit me the $8.75 shipping fees.
They also stated that they use this product for their cake production 5 years after the expiration date. I feel sorry for their customers!!
I wouldn't be returning it if it had a long shelf life instead of an expired one. Horrible customer service! I have issued a complaint to my credit card company.September 25, 2016
